Wizkid’s Song With Beyonce Earns BET Nomination
Nigerian singer, Wizkid could win a BET’s Soul Train Award for his role in Beyoncè’s Brown Skin Girl song which also features South African singer Anatii.
The Brown Skin Girl is taken off Beyoncè recent project dubbed the Lion King: The Gift album which featured a couple of African stars including our Shatta Wale.
The album has landed a number of nominations within the subcategories of BET‘s prestigious Soul Train Awards.
“Spirit” has been nominated for both “Best Dance Performance” and “Video of the Year” while “Brown Skin Girl”, which featured Blue Ivy, Wizkid and Saint Jhn has been nominated for “Best Collaboration” and The Ashford and Simpson Songwriter’s Award.
